Sensual Somatics is a gentle, yet deeply transformative four-part embodiment journey designed to help women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, awaken their feminine essence, and cultivate a profound sense of inner aliveness. Course details Wednesdays at 6:15pm - 7:15pm at Alchemy Centre of Excellence - 19th Aug - 2nd Sep - 16th Sep - 30th Sep Far beyond movement alone, these sessions invite you to soften out of the mind and into the intelligence of your body through somatic practices, breath, intuitive movement, ecstatic dance, guided meditation, and sacred womb connection. Together, we create a nurturing space where you can release stored tension, reconnect with your authentic self, awaken healthy pleasure, and rediscover what it feels like to truly come home to your body. This is not about sexuality—it is about sensuality: awakening your senses, feeling deeply alive, embracing your feminine energy, and experiencing the joy, freedom, and empowerment that arise from living fully embodied. Whether you've lost touch with yourself through motherhood, relationships, career, stress, or simply the busyness of life, Sensual Somatics offers an invitation to reconnect with the woman you have always been.
