Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the Coaching or Healing sessions, an amount of preparation time is required to ensure you get the most out of the session provided. Due to this and the booking time allocated, cancellations and/or rescheduling will need to be done at least 24hrs before the scheduled time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation within 12hrs, arriving 15mins late, and not showing up at all - will all be considered a cancellation and full payment of that session will be required. We understand unexpected events can happen, in certain circumstances grace may be given dependent on circumstances and notice given.
