Far beyond movement, it invites you to soften your mind and get into the intelligence of your body through somatic practices, breath, intuitive movement, ecstatic dance, guided meditation, and sacred womb connection. Fascia Flow Course

Fascia Flow is a nurturing four-part mini course, with one-hour sessions held fortnightly, designed to help you move with greater ease, freedom, and confidence in your body. Each session blends gentle strengthening, lengthening, stretching, mobility exercises, breathwork, nervous system regulation, relaxation, and guided meditation to help release built-up tension while restoring balance throughout your entire body.
Along the way, you'll gain practical, easy-to-understand education about how your body moves as one connected system and learn simple techniques to support better posture, flexibility, and everyday movement.
