Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate nature, bookings for this retreat are to be secured by a non refundable deposit or paid in full to receive the discount. If you cannot attend, fail to make ongoing payments or change your mind you will need to discuss as soon as possible with Courtney. In the event you're unable to attend you can request a transfer to another person through Embodiance subject to approval. In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by Embodiance then a refund will be provided. All Final Payments must be made at least 60days prior (22nd Feb 2026) A refund percentage schedule can be provided by request. Periodical payment plans must be in adhered to in order to keep your spot secure - these are based off the individual needs discussed with Courtney at time of booking.
