Feminine Embodied Somatic Coaching is a deep, healing approach that helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom to access your inner power, intuition, and confidence. Through mindfulness, breathwork, and focused somatic techniques, we address emotional blockages, limiting beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve you. This process liberates the soul and cultivates a sense of balance, self-love, and authentic expression. So, let's explore the layers to take you from numb and disassociated to Embodied and Empowered.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the Coaching or Healing sessions, an amount of preparation time is required to ensure you get the most out of the session provided. Due to this and the booking time allocated, cancellations and/or rescheduling will need to be done at least 48hrs before the scheduled time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation within 24hrs, arriving 15mins or more late, and not showing up at all - will all be considered a cancellation and full payment of that session will be required. We understand unexpected events can happen, in certain circumstances grace may be given dependent on circumstances and notice given.
